It is the policy of the Prospect Boys and Girls Club to issue Registration refunds under the following conditions:

• Registrant has not received a uniform.
• Registrant has not played or participated in any games.
• Refunds will only be issued for Club and/or Sport Fees, at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The convenience charge applied to Online Registrations is not subject to refund.
• No Refund(s) will be issued once participant has played/participated in 1 (one) game. No exceptions under any circumstances.
