SFCE's Soccer Steps a huge success

Our SFCE's Soccer Steps program has been a huge success this fall.  The program had 175 Winchester Public School students enrolled and 40 student mentors from John Handley High School and Shenandoah University's soccer program involved.  Thank you to our local business sponsors for helping make our director's vision a reality.
